Martine Kerneïs of Breton origin and Gilles Narbéburu of Basque origin have the pleasure to welcome you.
Gilles, a former student of Michel Guérard in Eugenie-les Bains and Alain Ducasse in Monaco (to name only the best known …) learned the basics of the trades for a dozen years before settling in 1998 in the Béarn and the Basque country, as a chef at home, catering organization, with his wife Martine joint collaborator who became an expert in table decoration, the reception and accompaniment of Gilles daily.
He has just sold his first Mobile Kitchen to the French National Marine.
This passionate couple, lovers of nature, beautiful and good things, and who like to share, we put their suitcases in Lanveoc presqu’île de Crozon (29) home town of Martine by creating a new activity under the name from KER-BURU
